All In For Rotary!

This time last year, I challenged all the incoming club presidents at PETS to include me in their club fundraisers and service projects as part of my official visits. I've done a ton of great projects with clubs so far this year. From creating peace poles, building bridges, refurbishing houses, packing food boxes, feeding the homeless and many more. While I've been banged up on a few of these, I've never intentionally inflicted pain on myself in the name of a good cause until this past weekend. The Alpharetta Rotary Polar Plunge is an awesome event, open to all organizations to help them raise money for their cause. Several other Rotary clubs came to jump in the cold pool and I encourage more to leverage this opportunity next year. I will be back to defend my belly flop title and raise another $1,000 for Polio Plus. I hope no matter what you are doing to serve your community you put 100% into it, even if you know it's gonna hurt!
