After the tornado's destroyed homes and caused damage in early June the club members asked how we could help those where affected. Then the Henry County Community Resources Director reached out with a need the club members embraced.
There was one family who's home was completed demolished while they were inside. The members were thrown from the homes by the strong winds and their child was seriously injured and in ICU.
The Community Resources Director asked for food gift card and clothing donations to be used while the parents were in a hotel near the hospital where there son was.
