Kids In Transition are Henry County high school graduates who are aging out of foster care. In some cases these kids are homeless at graduation. The school district student services department collects and delivers the graduation cards and gifts to these students. This is the third year Henry County Rotary has contributed to this project. Members purchased individual congratulatory Cards and placed a gift card inside valued at $10 to $20.
